Creemos firmemente que el acceso a Internet es un derecho humano esencial y estamos trabajando para que se reconozca como tal en la constituci\u00f3n, garantizando que todos los mexicanos puedan acceder a esta herramienta vital\u00bb, declar\u00f3 el Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz ante beneficiados del programa social del R.
