La obra se realiza con la finalidad de mejorar la infraestructura hidr\u00e1ulica de la ciudad y la labor que se ejecuta sumar\u00e1 calidad en el servicio de distribuci\u00f3n del vital l\u00edquido, y por unos d\u00edas habr\u00e1 que rodear las instalaciones de CAPUFE para continuar por la v\u00eda paralela al afluente.
