Moreno, Chuma, reiter\u00f3 este viernes que una agenda conjunta entre ciudadanos y gobierno, ser\u00e1 una prioridad para su administraci\u00f3n, a fin de dar respuesta oportuna a los principales retos de la ciudad.<\/h3>\n<h3>Al reunirse con integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n Interinstitucional de la Mesa Ciudadana de Seguridad Justicia de Reynosa, Chuma revel\u00f3 que un gobierno que escucha, podr\u00e1 dar rumbo a una ciudad tan din\u00e1mica como \u00e9sta.<\/h3>\n<h3>Durante el encuentro se enfatiz\u00f3 en la necesidad de dar m\u00e1s autonom\u00eda al organismo responsable de planear el desarrollo de la ciudad.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cCoincido completamente en que el Instituto de Planeaci\u00f3n debe ser considerado como un Organismo P\u00fablico Descentralizado, en la pr\u00e1ctica no es as\u00ed, est\u00e1 muy limitado, con recursos m\u00ednimos y recibe instrucciones cuando debe ser totalmente aut\u00f3nomo e independiente\u201d, precis\u00f3 Chuma.<\/h3>\n<h3>Ante los representantes de organizaciones civiles y empresariales de la ciudad, Chuma revel\u00f3 adem\u00e1s el Plan de cuatro estrategias en el que se basar\u00e1n las acciones del Gobierno de Reynosa: bienestar familiar, recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, seguridad ciudadana y desarrollo urbano y servicios p\u00fablicos.<\/h3>\n<h3>Chuma celebr\u00f3 el D\u00eda del Ni\u00f1o asistiendo a diversos festejos que se realizaron en colonias de Reynosa y realiz\u00f3 un recorrido casa por casa en la colonia Jardines Coloniales.<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reynosa Tam.-El candidato del PAN a Presidente municipal, Jes\u00fas Ma.
