Cabildo de Reynosa llev\u00f3 a cabo su XCV Nonag\u00e9sima Quinta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria, presidida por el S\u00edndico Primero del Ayuntamiento, C. V\u00edctor Hugo Garc\u00eda Flores, supliendo en funciones a la Alcaldesa, por mandato de la propia Presidente Municipal. Para llevar a cabo la Sesi\u00f3n, el jueves 18 de marzo, se aprob\u00f3 la presencia, en la conexi\u00f3n virtual, de la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Tesorer\u00eda del R. Ayuntamiento, C. P. Esmeralda Chimal Navarrete. La Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda, Presupuesto y Gasto P\u00fablico present\u00f3 tres dict\u00e1menes referentes a la aprobaci\u00f3n de transferencias, ampliaciones y reducciones de los Fondos FISMUN 2020, FORTAMUN 2020 y del Presupuesto de Egresos por objeto del gasto como cierre correspondiente al Ejercicio Fiscal 2020. Las tres iniciativas fueron aprobadas por el Cabildo local, sin que fuera necesaria la intervenci\u00f3n de la Tesorera, Chimal Navarrete, luego de la descripci\u00f3n detallada por la S\u00edndico Segundo, C.
