Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz, como Presidente del DIF.<\/h3>\n<h3>Expuesto por el Secretario del Ayuntamiento, Roberto Carlos Rodr\u00edguez Romero, el punto VII del programa oficial, la propuesta fue aprobada por unanimidad, para que Pe\u00f1a Ortiz ocupe el cargo de Presidente del Patronato del Sistema DIF-Reynosa. De acuerdo a la toma de protesta, el Lic.
