Con una inversi\u00f3n de 8 Millones 349 Mil 782.67 Pesos se construye esta importante obra desde el inicio en el cruce de la carretera Reynosa-Matamoros, hasta el Libramiento Oriente. Los 10 Mil Metros Cuadrados de que constar\u00e1 el nuevo pluvial evitar\u00e1n la acumulaci\u00f3n de agua en los dos centros de poblaci\u00f3n, que con frecuencia se han visto afectados por las lluvias.
