El Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico present\u00f3 ante un Juez de Control elementos que implican a los acusados en el delito antes mencionado, cometido el pasado 03 de junio en la carretera Reynosa- R\u00edo Bravo. Adem\u00e1s, la autoridad judicial estableci\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa como medida cautelar durante el tiempo que dure el proceso y un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.
