Un Juez de Control decret\u00f3 la medida, despu\u00e9s de que el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico presentara elementos que implican a los imputados en el delito se\u00f1alado, registrado el pasado 01 de abril en este municipio. La autoridad judicial tambi\u00e9n estableci\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva por el tiempo que dure el proceso y seis meses de plazo para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.
