Un Juez de Control decret\u00f3 la medida ante los datos de prueba aportados por el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico que implican a los imputados en los citados delitos ocurridos el pasado 16 de marzo en este municipio fronterizo.<\/h3>\n<h3>La autoridad judicial tambi\u00e9n estableci\u00f3 tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, contados a partir del 20 de abril por la Contingencia Nacional del Covid-19 y prisi\u00f3n preventiva por el tiempo que dure el proceso.
