Izaguirre Reynosa Tam.-La falta de j\u00f3venes y adultos en la biblioteca de r\u00edo bravo debido a que esta esta abandonada por los ciudadanos, pero lo peor es el abandono por parte de la primera autoridad, Carlos Ulivarri\u00a0 Alcalde de ese municipio, ya que estas instalaciones est\u00e1n esperando ya no una garra de tigre si no simplemente una mano de rat\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n<h3>La encargada de la biblioteca panamericana, pecina cuevas coment\u00f3 que cuando llegan las lluvias comienza a gotear dentro de esta biblioteca, ya que hasta el momento el apoyo no se deja ver en este espacio p\u00fablico, donde acuden en ocasiones de visita algunos menores de planteles educativos.<\/h3>\n<h3>Este biblioteca que fue fundada en 1972 y que hasta hoy son poco los Alcaldes que han dado apoyo, estando en espera no muy confiados que el alcalde en turno les pueda m\u00ednimo donar\u00a0impermeabilizante para poder tapar las goteras que aparecen cuando llegan las lluvias, y tienen que poner las cl\u00e1sicas cubetas o botes para que caiga el agua dentro de esta biblioteca.<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Javier Izaguirre Reynosa Tam.-La falta de j\u00f3venes y
