Un Juez de Control decret\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, despu\u00e9s de que el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico presentara elementos que implican al imputado en los citados delitos, registrados en el pasado mes de agosto, en el Municipio de Hidalgo. Asimismo, la autoridad judicial estableci\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva por el tiempo que dure el proceso para Juan Carlos \u00abN\u00bb alias \u00abEl Borrado\u00bb, y un plazo de cierre de investigaci\u00f3n de cuatro meses.
