El Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico demostr\u00f3 fehacientemente ante un Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento, la responsabilidad de los hoy sentenciados en el citado delito, por hechos cometidos el 28 de agosto del 2017 en el municipio de Xicot\u00e9ncatl. Asimismo, la autoridad judicial decret\u00f3 que Carlos Arturo \u201cN\u201d, Lucio Alberto \u201cN\u201d, Jos\u00e9 Luis \u201cN\u201d y Enrique \u201cN\u201d deber\u00e1n pagar como reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o la cantidad 5 mil Unidades de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n, equivalente a 442 mil 450 pesos.
