Derivado de los trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n realizados por Polic\u00edas Investigadores, fueron localizados indicios que implican a Marina \u201cN\u201d en los citados delitos, por hechos ocurridos el pasado 3 de agosto en la colonia Del Pueblo de este municipio, por lo que la autoridad judicial la vincul\u00f3 a proceso. El Juez de Control estableci\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, prisi\u00f3n preventiva por el tiempo que dure el proceso, y seis meses de plazo para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.
