El Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico present\u00f3 ante un Juez de Control, elementos suficientes que implican al imputado en el citado delito, por hechos registrados el pasado 4 de Julio en el Ejido San Lorenzo, del municipio de Jaumave, donde una persona fue privada de la vida. Asimismo, la autoridad judicial estableci\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva por el tiempo que dure el proceso y decret\u00f3 dos meses de plazo para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n.
