Un Juez de Control vincul\u00f3 a proceso a los imputados despu\u00e9s de que el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico presentara elementos que los implican en el citado delito, por hechos registrados el d\u00eda 22 de junio de este a\u00f1o, en la Colonia Petrolera de este municipio. La autoridad judicial adem\u00e1s estableci\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva para Roberto \u201cN\u201d, Ra\u00fal \u00abN\u00bb, Romina \u00abN\u00bb y\/o Rosely \u201cN\u201d, como medida cautelar, y un mes para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.
