El Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico present\u00f3 elementos de la probable implicaci\u00f3n del imputado en el citado delito, ocurrido el pasado 1 de julio en un hotel de la colonia Jos\u00e9 L\u00f3pez Portillo III de este municipio, por lo que un Juez de control estableci\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso. Asimismo, la autoridad judicial fij\u00f3 seis meses de plazo para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria y prisi\u00f3n preventiva por el tiempo que dure el proceso.
