El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico present\u00f3 ante la autoridad judicial, elementos que implican a Cristian Fabi\u00e1n \u201cN\u201d en el citado delito, registrado el 24 de junio en la colonia Puerta Sur de esta ciudad, por lo que un Juez de Control estableci\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y dio un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n, imponi\u00e9ndole prisi\u00f3n preventiva por el tiempo que dure el proceso como medida cautelar.
