Un Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento emiti\u00f3 la sentencia, despu\u00e9s de que el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico acreditara fehacientemente la responsabilidad del hoy sentenciado en el citado delito, ocurrido el pasado 25 de marzo del 2018 en el fraccionamiento Huertas del Rio de esta ciudad. La autoridad judicial estableci\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que Lamberto \u00abN\u00bb deber\u00e1 pagar la cantidad de 153 mil 553.50 pesos por concepto de reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.
