Como orador oficial del evento, el M\u00e9dico Jos\u00e9 Eduardo Bladinieres C\u00e1mara, Secretario de la SEDESOL, relat\u00f3 la vida y obra del Benem\u00e9rito de Las Am\u00e9ricas, Don Benito Ju\u00e1rez, luego de que los presentes cumplieran con los Honores a la Bandera y el canto del Himno Nacional. Al paso de la Escolta del Regimiento de Caballer\u00eda Motorizada, portando la Bandera, le sigui\u00f3 la Escolta de la escuela primaria Agust\u00edn Melgar, que con orgullo llev\u00f3 el Escudo de Tamaulipas, que tambi\u00e9n fue honrado con el Himno compuesto por el Maestro Rafael Antonio P\u00e9rez P\u00e9rez. Participaron: el Coronel Ariel G\u00f3mez Romero, representante del Comandante del la 8\u00aa Zona Militar, General. Carlos Arturo Pancardo Escudero; Inspector Alberto Castillo Castillo, de la Polic\u00eda Federal; Jos\u00e9 Roberto Rodr\u00edguez Bautista, Delegado de la PEA, y Danna G\u00f3mez Mart\u00ednez, alumna de la secundaria Salvador Estrada. Tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes: Roberto Carlos Rodr\u00edguez Romero Srio. del Ayuntamiento; Hugo Ram\u00edrez Trevi\u00f1o, Srio.
