Un Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento emiti\u00f3 la condena, una vez que el Ministerio P\u00fablico acredit\u00f3 fehacientemente la responsabilidad de Jos\u00e9 Juan \u00abN\u00bb, Jes\u00fas Guadalupe \u00abN\u00bb y Jimmy \u00abN\u00bb por el citado delito, en hechos registrados el 07 de junio del 2018, cuando al percatarse de la presencia de polic\u00edas en la zona, comenzaron a arrojar artefactos met\u00e1licos, conocidos como poncha llantas, para obstaculizar el paso de los elementos, en la colonia Parque Industrial de este municipio.
