sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"rtejustify\">El pasado <strong>domingo 18 de enero<\/strong>, un ni\u00f1o de <strong>12 a\u00f1os de edad conduc\u00eda<\/strong> a <strong>exceso de velocidad<\/strong> un <strong>autom\u00f3vil<\/strong> en el que ven\u00edan otros <strong>5 menores<\/strong>, quienes <strong>fallecieron<\/strong> tras <strong>impactarse<\/strong> el veh\u00edculo.<\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"rtejustify\">\u00a0De acuerdo con <strong>la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, el <strong>menor<\/strong> conduc\u00eda un <strong>Pontiac G3<\/strong> a una <strong>velocidad <\/strong>entre <strong>120 y 150 kil\u00f3metros por hora<\/strong>, por lo que<strong> perdi\u00f3 el control<\/strong> y termin\u00f3 <strong>impact\u00e1ndose<\/strong> sobre el <strong>Eje 10 Sur<\/strong>, en la colonia <strong>Santa Catarina<\/strong>, delegaci\u00f3n <strong>Tl\u00e1huac<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n<div class=\"rtejustify\">\n<div class=\"contentCommnets\">En el <strong>accidente<\/strong> lamentablemente murieron <strong>5 menores<\/strong>, dos <strong>mujeres<\/strong> de <strong>12 y 13 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, y tres <strong>varones<\/strong> de <strong>12, 13 y 14 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, el \u00fanico que sobrevivi\u00f3 fue <strong>el joven que conduc\u00eda<\/strong>, el cual fue <strong>trasladado<\/strong> a la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda Central de Investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para la <strong>Atenci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1os, Ni\u00f1as<\/strong> y <strong>Adolescentes<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div class=\"triDown\">\n<h3 class=\"rtejustify\">Sin embargo, la <strong>Ley Nacional del Sistema Integral de Justicia para Adolescentes<\/strong> no contempla <strong>sanci\u00f3n privativa de la libertad <\/strong>en estos casos, de acuerdo con<strong> la edad del menor<\/strong> y ser\u00e1<strong> el juez <\/strong>quien determine la <strong>sanci\u00f3n no privativa<\/strong>, que va desde una <strong>amonestaci\u00f3n<\/strong> hasta <strong>asesoramiento<\/strong> para la <strong>adaptaci\u00f3n integral<\/strong> del menor.<\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"rtejustify\">Raz\u00f3n por la que la <strong>Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia<\/strong> capitalina buscar\u00e1 que <strong>un juez <\/strong>de control especializado<strong> vincule a
