El arranque fue encabezado por la Alcaldesa, Mak\u00ed Ort\u00edz Dom\u00ednguez, quien exhorto a los ciudadanos a tomar precauciones.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00abLes pedimos que si toman no m<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">anejen y que respeten los l\u00edmites de velocidad.
