Edelmira Garc\u00eda Delgado, alcaldesa del municipio de Camargo; Roberto Gustavo Gonz\u00e1lez, presidente municipal de Mier;\u00a0 Rosa Icela Corro Acosta, alcaldesa de Miguel Alem\u00e1n; Jorge Navarro Garza, presidente de Gustavo D\u00edaz Ordaz;
